Will the AI replies sound like me?
Yes! Ladder learns your unique voice from your writing patterns. The more you use it, the better it matches your style. We track 20+ voice attributes including vocabulary, tone, humor level, and emoji usage. Most users find they only need to customize 10-20% of generated replies.
Is this against Twitter's rules?
No. Ladder is a writing assistant, not an automation bot. You review and approve every reply before posting. It's no different than using Grammarly or any other writing tool. We never auto-post without your explicit action.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously:
• We never sell your data
• The extension only accesses Twitter/X (no other sites)
• Passwords are handled by Twitter OAuth (we never see them)
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• You can delete your account anytime

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings:
1. Go to getladder.app and sign in
2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
4. Cancel in the Stripe portal
You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
The extension isn't working. What should I do?
Try these steps:
1. Refresh the Twitter page
2. Go to chrome://extensions and reload Ladder
3. Make sure you're signed in (check the popup)
4. Clear your browser cache and try again
5. If still stuck, email us at support@getladder.app
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@getladder.app and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Troubleshooting
🔄 Extension not showing on Twitter
Make sure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions. Try refreshing the Twitter page. If using multiple Chrome profiles, ensure Ladder is installed in the correct profile.
⚠️ "Failed to generate reply" error
This usually means you've hit your daily limit (10 for free users) or there's a temporary API issue. Wait a moment and try again. If it persists, contact support.
🔐 Can't sign in / Twitter connection issues
Try signing out and back in. Make sure pop-ups are allowed for getladder.app. If you see OAuth errors, try clearing cookies for both getladder.app and twitter.com.
💳 Payment not processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Ensure your card details are correct and has sufficient funds. Try a different payment method if issues persist.
